Delete Your AstroTrainer Data
Effective date: April 14, 2026
This page gives users a web-accessible way to request deletion of AstroTrainer account data, including for Google Play's account-deletion and data-safety disclosures. If you can access the app, the fastest path is the in-app delete-account flow.
Open AstroTrainer, go to Settings, choose Account, then select "Delete account & cloud data." The app will ask you to confirm before calling the deletion backend.
Email astrotrainer.app@gmail.com with the subject "AstroTrainer data deletion request" and include the email address associated with your account.
What We Delete
Account deletion is designed to remove your AstroTrainer cloud account and associated Supabase records, including profile data, leaderboard rows, XP totals, cloud drill session history, and other account-linked training records that can reasonably be associated with your account.
What May Not Be Deleted Immediately
- Local-only app data may remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall AstroTrainer.
- App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, and payment-provider records may be retained by those providers under their own legal, tax, billing, refund, and fraud-prevention rules.
- Security logs, backups, and legal/accounting records may be retained for a limited period where required or permitted by law.
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics may remain if they no longer identify you.
Identity Verification
To protect accounts, we may ask you to verify control of the account email address before fulfilling a deletion, access, correction, or export request. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, passport numbers, medical records, or other sensitive documents unless we specifically request a safer verification method.
Use the same contact email and describe the request. For privacy questions, see the Privacy Policy. For account and acceptable-use terms, see the Terms of Use.
